Career guidance
"What is the next step in my career?” “That depends a good deal on where you want to get to.”
Career questions come in all shapes and sizes: Where do my talents lie? What is my next step? How do I find a new job? I glided from one position into another... but what do I really want? I want more balance in my work and life; how do I do that? My job will be made redundant and I still have a few more years to go; now what? I am being overtaken by the younger generation, am I still part of it? Can I take one final step?
For me, providing tailor-made career guidance means offering life-stage-oriented career programs. Each phase of life brings its own challenges and issues that you encounter. Explore the three most important career questions: What can I do, what do I want and who am I?
I offer several programs for you:

- Outplacement Program
-
- • Outplacement is usually used when an employee has to look for another job involuntarily. This is therefore different from career counseling because the initiative usually comes from the participant.
-
- Have you or one of your employees ended up in this situation? Then we can offer you a program consisting of two parts. The first part is the personal analysis and the second part is the labor market orientation and approach. This is tailored work and the programs are composed of various modules from which you can choose according to your needs. About me
My name is Hanno Meyer and I have been working as a Work and Organizational Psychologist since 1990. I am specialized in coaching, executive management guidance, career issues, psychological mediation, assessments and issues concerning meaning and fulfillment.
My work as a coach started in 1999 and since then I have continuously developed myself in
the still new field of applied Psychology: Coaching Psychology. Coaching psychology applies psychological theories and concepts to the practice of coaching. The aim is to improve the performance and well-being of individuals, teams and organizations by using evidence-based methods that are based on scientific research.
As a coach psychologist I have a good understanding of people and organizations and I have been able to advise and guide people in almost all lines of work and all job levels; often in a search for a solution for a professional issue at an organizational, team or individual level, but just as often also for a solution to a personal development issue.
